QA Manager

we are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join our R&D team, reporting to the VP R&D. The QA Manager will manage the growing QA team and implement QA tools and procedures. This is an opportunity for a position in the autonomous driving industry with real-world experience in features testing. Responsibilities:
* Design and review of comprehensive TEST plans for complex multi-disciplinary systems.
* Manage software TEST cycles which include: running TEST scenarios and configuration management.
* Oversee the establishment of the automation infrastructure.
* Report the main software / hardware issues to the appropriate development engineer. This requires an understanding of the autonomous driving technology and the ability to pinpoint the problem location, as well which team member is responsible to fix it within the R&D dept.
* Define QA procedures and required tools.
* Define KPIs, analyzing data to create visualization dashboards.
* Define and implement professional testing techniques and methodologies.
* Define methods of AI-related product validation to meet regulatory requirements.
* Mentor and train new team members.
