" Define and develop the network hardware architecture for AI-focused products.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, software, and systems engineering, to ensure cohesive network hardware architecture and implementation.
" Lead the specification and documentation of network hardware features and requirements.
" Oversee the integration of various network components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
" Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
" Conduct architectural reviews and provide feedback to improve design methodologies and processes.

" Experience: Minimum of 10 years in ASIC frontend or architecture design.
" Protocols: Familiarity with RDMA, RoCe, TCP, MAC and PHY protocols.
" Switch Architecture: Experience with switch architecture design and implementation.
" Communication Libraries: Knowledge of MPI (Message Passing Interface) and NCCL (NVIDIA Collective Communications Library).
" Network Topologies: Understanding of data center and enterprise network topologies.
" Design Skills: Proficiency in high-performance, low-power design techniques.
" Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex network hardware issues.
" Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
