We are a leading marketing company specializing in optics and electro-optics and we're searching for a Sales Back Office Representative to manage the pre-sales process until the order stage, excluding technical issues handled by sales engineers.

Main Responsibilities:
To be in contact with customers and suppliers.
To provide support to engineers throughout the sales process.
Ensure accurate diagnosis and clarification of the customer's needs.
Verify product availability and supplier's ability to supply the products.
Maintain the business interests of the company with both the customer and the supplier.
Participate in departmental team meetings.

Requirements:
Experience with Priority - a must.
Working experience within a B2B product company - a must.
Customer service experience - a must.
Knowledge of pricing - a must.
Sales-oriented and ability to sell - a must.
High-level of English - a must.
Ability to read technical drawings - an advantage.
