We support a healthy and productive work environment whether at home or in the office and looking for a brilliant hands-on Software Development Team Leader to join our distributed team and lead a super-talented team
Responsibilities:
Manage a distributed team of very talented 5-10 developers
Develop performance-sensitive software in an open-source collaborative environment
Hands-on development of features (~70% of the time).
Grow and coach the team talent
Communicate clearly in public email, commit messages, and bug reports.

Requirements:
At least five years of experience in kernel or server projects
Knowledge of C++ 20
A Doer, a leader, a winner, a savvy hands-on coder, highly analytical, a bar raiser, and a team player
Experience in directly managing a distributed team is a plus
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related subject is a plus
Experience working on database internals is a plus
Great 360 collaboration and communication skills
Open source development experience is a plus.
