The Business Analyst position offers a great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact within the finance department of an exciting and fast-paced Cyber security company. The position will report to the companys Director of Business Strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze large, complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions for different teams, projects, and other initiatives.
* Oversee the end-to-end commission compensation process including sales incentive plan design, monthly calculation, analysis, process commission statements and report variance and trends.
* Take part in the companys annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.
* Assistance in the preparation of various materials for the board of directors and investors reporting.
* Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks, projects, and implementation of new software requirements.
