Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing any employee inquiries or issues related to payroll. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with all company policies, procedures, and local tax laws and regulatory and financial requirements.
This will require you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to work with a sense of urgency when required and uphold deadlines
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR activities
Comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving, Eye for detail, should be flexible to work under pressure
Ability to analyse and develop efficient processes and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills & ability to prioritise responsibilities
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Understanding of Payroll and HR legislation and processes (i.e. interpretation of awards, stocks, labor law and legislation, tax)
HR / Finance Graduate with exposure in Israel payroll and HR activities
Minimum of 8-10 years payroll experience
Technical and functional experience with ADP Global View and systems preferred.
Thorough knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulatory and financial requirements
Knowledge of Payroll Accounting
Experience with the management of an outsourced payroll tax service
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processing requirements
