About The Position:
We're an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
As the Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform and services within the real estate industry. Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships, fostering business relationships, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and market penetration.

What are we looking for
Responsibilities:
Business Expansion to new international markets:
Expand our presence in the Australian and LATAM markets.
Recruit resellers and develop enablement programs and staffing strategies to support market expansion.
Research and understand key local players and tech solutions in the real estate sector in these markets; build partnership programs to provide improved solutions for GPs and Syndicators.
Collaborate with our Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop a Partnerships Kit to work with local partners and drive new clients and revenue.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential areas for business expansion into new global markets.
Relationship Management with Fund Admin Partners
Cultivate and nurture relationships with Fund Admin partners in the US market.
Research Fund Admin customers profiles and build strategies for collaboration with us.
Define and develop Fund Admin packages within, including business and legal terms, and enable our Sales team to sell those packages.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Fund Admin partners' inquiries, requests, and escalations, providing timely and effective issue resolution.
Industry Networking:
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and expand professional networks around potential partnerships
Act as our focal point for potential partnerships in the area of CPAs, Real Estate Lawyers and Entrepreneurs, to identify business partnerships and collaborations.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, sharing insights and intelligence with internal stakeholders.
6+ years of experience in a Business Development role with a proven record in building new markets and local reselling teams, achieving $1+M in ARR.
OR 6+ years in a managerial role within a US Fund Admin, providing services for 100+ real estate firms and building partnerships with prop tech solutions.
OR Entrepreneurial experience in building marketing, business development, and reseller teams, with proven success in generating $2M in ARR.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, key players, and competitive dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
