The ideal candidate will have:
Strong administrative abilities
Excellent communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role is responsible for:
Handling the administrative aspects of the sales process, including the preparation and follow-up of price offers and contracts (without sales).
Acts as the point of contact between the various parties in the organization and the customers
Providing customer service in Israel and other countries, including phone calls, emails and online inquiries.
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Handling order processing and monitoring and tracking inventory levels, including checking order status, verifying product availability, and coordinating delivery schedules.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or proven experience of 1-5 years in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a technical or sales-driven environment.
Fluency in English and strong written English skills are mandatory.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
proficiency in using CRM is mandatory.
Preferred: experience working with public sector customers, especially in the USA and UK
Preferred: familiarity with IoT and smart cities.
Additional certifications or training in sales administration or related fields.
