A leading international company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a dynamic Project Initiation Manager. What will you do in this role: - Focus primarily on business development, including engaging with property owners and handling tender submissions. - Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's technological and business aspects. - Independently manage and drive processes with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law- Must - 1-3 years of experience in legal practice particularly in Real Estate, Planning and Construction, or Commercial departments - Advantageous: Experience in real estate transactions. - Advantageous: Experience in business development and negotiations. - High verbal and written communication skills. - Assertiveness and strong motivational skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Excellent organizational skills. - Initiative and creativity with attention to detail.
