International Director of Sales

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Devise and implement sales strategy and operational plans to achieve companys sales objectives.
Recruit and onboard new salespeople?
Monitor competitor and industry trends.?
Work closely with the marketing and product divisions, sharing reports, insights and proposed improvements
Team Leadership:
Manage 3 to 4 sales teams worldwide.
Lead, motivate, and inspire sales team leaders and representatives to achieve sales targets.
Together with management, set targets and performance plans, for the sales team?

Sales Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
