Responsibilities:
Building the Companys consolidated Annual and long-term Operating Plans (budget) - structuring the process, the milestones, establishing formats, process monitoring
Provide on-going forecast while interacting with the Companys key decision makers and its subsidiaries globally
Provide various analytical analysis on the Companys results and provide the CEO and management with ROI analysis and recommendation of key business initiatives
Suggest overall organizational KPIs and provide analysis against goals
Provide quarterly and Ad Hoc presentations to management
Overseeing the Companys cashflow forecast and working capital efficiency
Support the implementation of the Companys ERP system and BI
Oversee and support Implementation of the Companys CRM system
MBA in economy, CPA is a clear advantage
GAAP accounting, NASDAQ reporting
Experience in medical device companies
Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking
At least 5 years experience in leading an economy department in global public company
