" Research existing academic literature and develop advanced quantization schemes.
" Developing hardware-oriented approximations for various neural network operators.
" Work closely with HW and SW architects to define the future generation of NN accelerator HW.
" Gaining expertise in a variety of hardware architectures used for inference on Embedded systems.
" Supporting team members to improve quantization accuracy.

Requirements:
" B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
" 5 years experience as SW engineer
" 3+ years experience in Python
" Proven experience developing neural network models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
" Deep understanding of the mathematical principles underlying neural network development and training.
" Passion for production level SW development
Advanced:
" Experience with neural network quantization processes.
" Masters degree with a relevant research focus.
" B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
" 5 years experience as SW engineer
" 3+ years experience in Python
