We are looking for a Junior Device and Testing Engineer to join our R&D team.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement electro-optical TEST plans for products under development.
* Develop methods and tools for testing and characterization of Silicon photonics, lasers, photodiodes, and modulator semiconductor devices.
* Plan and execute product qualification program, including Functional Testing, Reliability and Performance.
* Analyze TEST data and DOE results to provide vital insight into the development of innovative silicon photonics products.
* Lead and support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root cause and corrective and preventative action.

Required previous experience Advantage: Experience with data analysis, statistics, and relevant Software tools. Advantage: Experience with Semi-conductor devices study and material Analysis Required Skills
* Good Theoretical understanding of photonics, semiconductor devices and Statistical analysis. Advantage: Experience with coding in Python environment. Advantage: Experience with planning and execution of experiments and data analysis. Advantage: Hands-on experience in Lab work and electrical/Optical testing. Required Education
* B.Sc/Msc in Physics or engineering.
