Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager.
Our ideal Marketing Manager is a creative individual, highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, and can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly. It requires multitasking and conscientiousness in meeting timelines and budget restraints.
Responsibilities:
Assist in building and executing the marketing strategy of the company
Execute marketing projects end to end: ideation, implementation, tracking, and optimization
Build a plan and orchestrate social media and demand gen campaigns to align with marketing strategies (case studies, blogs, webinars, PR, newsletters, posts, etc.)
Growing and optimizing the B2B sales and marketing funnel (using tools like Hubspot)
Own the company's social media channels and web assets
Generate reports, dashboards, and data analyses enabling data-driven decision-making
Improve the company³s messaging, existing marketing, and sales assets, and website maintenance
Oversee and manage all paid media efforts
Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Maintain ongoing communication with sales, partnerships, CS, operations, management, and external interfaces (customers & prospects)
Manage and prep for in-person events (conferences, trade shows, etc.)
