We are looking for a Content Manager to manage and develop our content and production house processes; you will be in charge of our Market curation along with ongoing communication and support for our creator's community and creation tools.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Content Production house processes from spec to game, feedback for specs, design, scripts, etc.
Curate and map content for the company`s app and website to enhance sales and meet audience requirements.
Support processes of curriculum development.
Collaborate with developers to resolve creation tools and content-related issues, enhancing user experience.
Support existing and new creators with our creation tools, training, and ongoing social media communication.
Utilize content analytics for informed decision-making.
Continuously review and approve content on our Market created by our community.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in Product, Content Production, or Instructional Design.
Startup experience in education/gaming/apps/learning (B2C preferred).
Proficiency in content creation processes, including content mapping, storyboarding, design, and multimedia.
Experience in designing and structuring curriculum, courses, and learning materials.
Experience in leading and managing processes and multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication with partners and external creators.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Instructional designers, content designers, R&D, Marketing).
Data-Driven with analytical skills.
Familiarity with typography, UX/UI, and intuitive layouts is a plus.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
