The right candidate should be a natural problem solver with experience in various SAAS platforms, cloud environments, and infrastructures such as AI, automation, and networking.
You will work closely with all teams, especially Security, Service Desk, and R&D, engaging in cross-department projects, complex problem-solving, and improvements.
The IS group is in charge of enabling the growth of the company. We are expanding and were looking for highly passionate, fun to work with, and experienced engineers to join our journey. Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage and maintain critical IT SAAS systems including Okta, Gsuite, Prisma Access, Kandji, Intune, and more.
Network: knowledge in the network domain, ensuring reliable internet access and efficient integration of SaaS services.
Project ownership: Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex IT issues, working closely with junior administrators to resolve problems and implement improvements.
Mentorship: Mentor and support junior system administrators, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
AI and Automation: Work on integrating AI and automation solutions to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
AWS and Cloud Services: Utilize cloud services and platforms such as AWS to manage and optimize infrastructure.
