You bring the customer's voice and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to build and ship great product experiences. You use data to inform your decisions and communicate effectively to influence your peers and managers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Work with our customers to understand their needs, pain points and motivations
Utilize qual and quant data to optimize product experiences and boost customer engagement and retention
Create and implement a product roadmap to address customer needs and business goals
Lead a cross-functional team to execute on the product roadmap
Identify and measure product impact using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage trade-offs among short/long-term objectives, customer experience and technical debt.
