Responsibilities
You will help with Azure platform security and safety programs focused on getting Azure services to adhere to our security and safety standards and meet our customer, regulatory and strategic requirements.
You will partner with various engineering teams across Azure to deliver the tools, features and capabilities necessary to meet security and safety requirements and controls.
Under supervision you will help coordinate cross-team efforts to drive engineering solutions to technical challenges and deliver quality solutions to committed schedules and project plans. 
You will help define success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs etc.) for your programs and work with your teams to track and report on execution against these regularly.
You will help others as they design technical solutions. You will also identify risks, escalating them to senior levels when needed.
Based on success criteria, youll help others develop and implement features for cross-functional projects.
Youll begin to understand how to collaborate and ensure alignment across teams. 

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management.
OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:
Ability to meet us, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: our Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the company`s Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ year(s) experience in network security, platform security, security technologies.
OR equivalent experience.
2+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Familiarity with software development tools and techniques, DRI(Directly responsible Individuals) workflows and understanding of mitigation, change management flows, techniques and scenarios.
Prior experience designing and/or building complex enterprise scale distributed systems / solutions.
Ability to leverage telemetry and diagnostics to derive insights that add value to our program.
Metric-driven mindset and the ability to experiment, learn, and improve.
