Responsibilities:
Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain to meet company objectives.
Monitor and analyze trends in Real-Time, taking necessary actions based on insights.
Generate performance reports focusing on key metrics, goals, and KPIs.
Provide creative suggestions and ad concepts.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across various activity parameters.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.
Proven success managing large-scale advertising budgets and achieving positive results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
A proactive attitude, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
