We are looking for a Team Lead to run a group of Techno-intelligence Researchers in the organizational strategic department
The team plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the R&D of innovative future technologies based on mapping and analyzing inside impact: threats and opportunities
The findings and insights will be converted into recommendations for the organization's portfolio in order to shape the preparedness of the organization toward emerging technologies.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of management experience- must
Experience in techno-intelligence during IDF service or innovation- must academic degree
High capability of self- learning
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent ability to work cross-functionality
Strong ability of driving colleagues without authority
A team player with a positive attitude and high-motivation
Languages:
Hebrew, English- Native or bilingual proficiency
