Product Manager

seeking a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the fintech industry. We are looking for a dedicated individual to be the exclusive Product Manager in our company.

We seek an independent, motivated individual who quickly learns new things, understands the intersection of customers, business, and technology, pushes initiatives forward, and introduces new methodologies. The ideal candidate can take the product to the next level and start immediately. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 
Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features. 
Craft clear and concise PRD, Wireframes, UI /XU & flow & User stories, ensuring they are development-ready, and facilitate discussions with development teams during Agile ceremonies 
Address day-to-day operational issues in collaboration with the Production team 
Manage the product roadmap for new products and features, including sprint planning and execution. 
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.
