We are seeking a talented and experienced Hand-On Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the development efforts of our innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
* Design, architect, and develop scalable and maintainable Full-Stack applications using React and Python technologies.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
* Ensure timely delivery of software projects, meeting quality standards, and following best practices in software development.
* Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to support the team and ensure project success.
* Utilize expertise in AWS services to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
* Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Full-Stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
