Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions for our platform. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design of features, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high standards of code quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Lead the end-to-end design of features, from the architectural phase through development to deployment in production.
Develop scalable backend solutions using microservices architecture.
Build distributed systems using modern frameworks, such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of system design and knowledge of system design patterns.
Utilize your expertise in databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies, to write efficient queries.
Design and develop APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the system.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in code reviews.
Lead by example, ensuring high standards of code quality and fostering a positive and proactive attitude within the team.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
