Full responsibility for managing the group, resource management, budget management, project management, and long-term strategic planning.
Managerial responsibility for implementing GMP guidelines and ensuring compliance in laboratories according to regulatory requirements, company policies, and parent company guidelines.
Responsibility for adapting to quality management system requirements and company business objectives.
Defining policies for conducted tests.
Responsible for investigations, change controls, CAPA, work procedures, protocols and reports, deviations.
Responsible for the professional and personal development of employees.
Ensuring the professional level of employees in terms of quality, safety, and operation.
Participation and representation of the Microbiology, Environmental Monitoring Animal facility in regulatory inspections.

Requirements:
Master's degree or above in life sciences, biology, Microbiology, or related fields.
Management experience in Microbiology laboratory work - mandatory.
Experience working under GMP - mandatory.
Background in pharmaceutical industry processes, science, and Quality Assurance.
Knowledge and experience in microbiology testing methods, environmental monitoring principles and familiarity with pharmacopoeia (EP, USP) and regulatory requirements for these areas, as well as experience in developing and validating microbiological testing methods.
Knowledge in Aseptic processes- significant advantage
Management, leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
Presentation skills, communication skills in both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with interfaces.
Very high level of English proficiency
