As a Full stack Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a team that builds amazing products in our company. You will join a high-cadence, highly technical, and savvy group of doers who are building our products and platforms.
Leading a full-stack development team in an agile environment.
Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding as we grow.
Rapidly deliver high-quality, scalable, enterprise-ready SaaS applications.
Determining the structure and design of web services.
Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
Developing features to enhance the user experience.
Striking a balance between functional and esthetic design.
Building reusable code for future use.
Optimizing web services for maximum speed and scalability.
Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture.
Leading a full-stack development team in an agile environment.

2+ years experience as a Team Leader.
Proven 5 years of experience in React.js a MUST.
Proven 2 years of experience in Next.js a MUST.
Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
Strong prior expertise supporting large-scale production services.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
Confident in your own skills while constantly seeking to learn and keep up with modern practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD environments.
Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills.
An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
Other:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, Team player.
Ability to explore and drive new ideas and technologies, think, and learn independently.
Comfortable with the startup-like environment.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and in an uncertain environment.
