FFAR Analyst

Performing detailed variance analysis of Income Statements, Balance sheet, Cash Flows and operational data for management review. Prepare monthly forecast and has a strong understanding of Business Plan process and levers that effect the financial results. Demonstrated ability to create financial models, ad hoc analysis and provide key takeaways to senior management.

Working closely with the team members as a one-team and have the ability to collaborate with cross company stakeholders to gather information and to communicate results and insights.
Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze financial information and determine or recommend a course of action.
Apply accounting principles and policies to properly report financial data associated with operational & sales activities.
Participate in month/quarter/year end closing processes (variance analysis and presentation of results), and short/long term budgeting process.
Participate/lead ad-hoc special projects (e.g., process optimization, digitalization, etc.).
Apply tools and technologies (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) to deliver results and implement efficiencies.
Work collaboratively in a multi-discipline, dynamic, fun team across functions and geographies.
