we are looking for an experienced senior team leader to join our success as we continue to scale and tackle new challenges.
as a team leader, you will be part of our r&d leadership team and take full responsibility for the recruitment, mentorship and leadership of your team, consisting of both front-end and back-end engineers, taking full ownership of specifc parts.
in order to succeed in this role you need to possess technical and methodological expertise as well as a strong passion for continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements:
at least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
at least 3 years of experience as a team leader
at least 4 years of experience with backend development in node.js and a modern front-end framework.
good understanding and practical experience with cloud services and microservices architectures (serverless - big plus!)
strong command of modern software engineering principles and practices (including oop, tdd,ci, cd)
very strong communication skills, fluent in english (both written and verbal)
passionate about delighting end users :)
