we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing automation manager to join our team.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analysis, and project management. this role will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, implementing marketing technology tools, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
you will be responsible for optimizing the user journey by generating new arr, upsells and limiting churn.

overseeing and optimizing marketing automation processes to enhance workflow efficiencies and improve user engagement.
tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer satisfaction.
implementing and managing marketing technology stacks to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.
facilitating continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the marketing department.

Requirements:
3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related roles in a saas company.
experienced in leveraging marketing automation platforms - hs/intercom , and other relevant tools to streamline workflows, manage campaigns, lead journeys, and scoring to enhance overall marketing efficiency.
proficiency in marketing automation platforms - hubspot & intercom.
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
