We are looking for an excellent Product Specialist Student to join the Product team for a temp position. Job Description:
* Support the development of new features, offering insights to shape product evolution and meet customer needs.
* Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, for clarity and usability.
* Manage translations and product related engineering changes to support our global market growth.
* Provide frontline customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through distributors and our complaint system.
* Advocate for our solutions and escalate issues when necessary, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
* Conduct product training sessions and represent our products at external events and forums. Direct Manager: Sapphire Global Product Director

Requirements:
Education: student of B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering or similar 3rd 4th year student advantage Experience:
* Background in the medical field advantage o Background in data analytics advantage Computer skills: Full control of MS-Office applications Language skills: Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken) Personality:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent technical understanding, good organizational and planning skills
* Team player, resourceful, creative, well-presented and confident
