- Handle financial statements and forecasting of a global company with international subsidiaries
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and mentor the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external financial institutions.
- Oversee treasury management functions, including cash flow forecasting and risk management.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Manage all aspects of the tax function, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close process

Requirements:
- CPA with Big 4 experience
US GAAP and international tax experience
- Proven working experience as a financial controller of at least 5 years in a high-tech company
- Team player with managerial experience of at least 4 years.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Exceptional work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English skills - verbal and written
- Proficient in Word and Excel master
