Requirements:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects within R D, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables(CMs, suppliers, operations, finance)
- Create and manage project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members
- Conduct regular project evaluations to determine success criteria and ensure continuous improvement
