looking for an exceptional Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team!
The position will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing legal guidance to all company departments
Draft, review and negotiate contracts (services agreements, licensing agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, DPAs, etc.)
Review marketing and website materials (advertisement campaigns, terms & conditions, etc.)
Keep up-to-date on regulatory developments and oversee compliance
Draft policies and work on their implementation within the organization

Requirements:
LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
5+ years of legal practice
In-house legal experience at an international company, focusing on the marketing and product teams
Experience with contracts law, consumer protection laws, marketing guidelines, data protection & privacy
Advantage: experience with the regulatory framework applicable to publishers of financial content
Ability to provide practical business-oriented legal advice
Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple time-sensitive tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
Strong attention to detail
