Project Manager

looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for handling delivery of our company's ongoing projects, from first encounter with the potential client until deployment on site. The Project Manager is required to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on quality. The position works closely with both the development and delivery teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Tasks include establishing effective project communication and reporting plans, executing them, submitting project deliverables, and preparing periodic status reports. Responsibilities:
* Determine and define project scope and objectives
* Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines
* Maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
* Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
* Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
* Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
* Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
* Manage change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
* Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation
* Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
* Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period
* Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
