Responsibilities:
Lead brand awareness efforts and develop and strengthen the company's brand in the market.
Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to achieve company objectives for growth and profitability.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaign development and execution.
Experience in the US market is a must! Experience in EU markets is an advantage.
Experience in the agriculture or technology sectors is a plus.
Understanding B2B, B2C, P2P principles
Competitors analytics with SemRush or similar programs
Knowledge in audience segmentation and client avatar creation
Knowledge in HADI circles, testing and result analysis
Deep understanding of digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency with digital marketing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
