Lead and mentor the team members and support their personal and technical growth

Stay ahead of the curve by using the latest research from leading research institutes in Israel
and around the world
Ensure scalability and efficiency in data processing pipelines to maximize impact
Drive innovation by researching and implementing advanced registration techniques and
algorithms
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and R D Manager.
Lead the development of cutting-edge products that drive progress in women's health

Requirements:
Masters degree or higher in Physics/Mathematics or related field
Proven track record of leading and managing a team for a minimum of 3 years.
Proven experience with algorithm in production environment
Strong background in the medical field who is familiar with regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA- must
7+ years of experience in image processing/computer vision
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning
2+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch,
TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
3+ years of experience with Python
Proven ability to plan, evaluate, lead, and execute R D projects in a fast-paced start-up
environment
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - must
