Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Assist in managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving client experiences and processes.
Utilize Windows and database systems efficiently to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
