Work with our marketing team to execute A/B tests, analyze performance data, and collaborate with our design and copywriting teams
Responsibilities:
Coordinate A/B tests to optimize email performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyse heat maps and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern within our email campaigns.
Monitor and troubleshoot email flows to ensure seamless delivery and functionality.
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop visually appealing and engaging email content.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts.
Support the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance our email campaigns.

Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Flashy, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Proven track record of success in supporting email marketing initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
