As an EUC Analyst, youll play an important role in Global ICL IT, ensuring effective and efficient use of IT devices and technology.

Responsibilities:
Provide second level support to IT teams and users.
Train and keep related IT staff informed of changes or updates specific to technical areas.
Build hardware requirements?for desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
Manage computer and mobile policies?to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Windows, mobile IOS and Android operating systems.
* Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and specialized applications.
* Efficiently manage software installations, patches, and system configurations.
* Manage and secure devices from a central console.
* Office 365 Administration: Handle user accounts, licenses, security settings, and collaboration tools.
* PowerShell Scripting: Create custom scripts, manage configurations, and perform system maintenance.
* Azure Automation: Utilize cloud-based automation, operating system updates, and configuration services for consistent manag
