We are looking for Facility Manager for our 2 sites in Tel Aviv and Rishon LeZion.

To oversees and manage all aspects of site maintenance like electricity, AC, installation.
Small repairs, coordinating with contractors and participate in new projects.

What you will have to do:
- Responsible for routine maintenance
- Coordinate the work of contractors and suppliers
- Participate in planning and control of construction processes of new projects
- Work closely and support engineering team from Russia and Israel
- Work according to company KPI and SLA

Requirements:
- Responsibility, Accuracy and Structural vision
- Strong technical and service orientation
- Ability to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to use MS Office
- Russian, English and Hebrew at least at the Intermediate level -MUST
- Experience in the construction industry is welcome
- Ability to read construction drawings and schemes is welcome
