Legal Counsel
Part-time
An award-winning startup that develops a multi-platform breach and attack simulation (BAS) solution that continuously exposes attack vectors threatening organizations critical assets and provides them with prioritized, actionable remediation.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on a part-time basis (50%).
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a range of matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and support on various legal matters, including contract review, negotiations, and drafting. Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues. Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate those risks. Assist in managing external legal counsel, as needed.

Requirements:
A law degree from an accredited institution.
2-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
Experience in commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy.
Excellent writing, drafting and presentation skills, both in English and Hebrew.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload.
