We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Manager. Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on QC experience in biological methods (including FACS, ELISA, image analysis, cell counting, and safety tests) and at least 2 years in a managerial role. The successful candidate will oversee all quality control operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high product quality and safety. The position involves both bench work and supervision of team members.
Manage and lead the quality control team in performing routine quality control testing and analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA guidelines and GMPs.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure product integrity and consistency.

Requirements:
M.Sc or Ph.D degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
Minimum of 5 year of experience in hands -on quality control with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge and experience with flow cytometry and other analytical techniques used in cell-based production.
Proven track record of successfully managing quality control operations in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting.
Good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
