Website Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain web pages according to specific requests, adhering to brand guidelines and templates. The successful candidate will collaborate with content writers to ensure accurate and engaging page content. Furthermore, the Website Specialist will work closely with the Web QA Analyst to guarantee the quality assurance of all web pages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Develop and create web pages within the CMS platform, adhering to design and content guidelines.
Ensure consistency in layout, branding, and user experience across all pages.
Ensure all web elements align with the company's visual standards.
Coordinate with content writers to gather relevant and accurate information for webpage creation.
Maintain effective communication to ensure content and design seamlessly integrate.
Collaborate with QA analysts to ensure all web pages meet quality standard.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the QA process.
Content Management: Update and manage website content regularly to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine ranking.
Optimize content and metadata for better visibility.
Work towards enhancing the overall user experience on the website through intuitive design and layout.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to web pages promptly.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improvements.
Independently acquire in-depth knowledge of the CMS system through self-training.
Provide input on CMS-related requirements and improvements from a user perspective.
Efficiently manage your time to ensure tasks are completed within the established timelines.
Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Communicate any challenges or roadblocks that may impact deadlines to the relevant stakeholders.
Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project progress, highlighting completed milestones and upcoming tasks.
Clearly articulate any changes to timelines, ensuring all relevant parties are informed promptly.
Participate in retrospective meetings to analyze completed projects and identify areas for improvement.
