Qualifications
Qualifications Required -
10+ years in the industry 5+ years in product management in B2B companies
Experience in product work - identifying customers needs, translate into product requirement, build product plan, feature slicing and prioritization, build KPIs and definition of success, manage feature rollout
Experienced working with customers - deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic!
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
Demonstrated verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including communicating effectively with different business groups and project teams. Ability to collaborate with Persuade skills work as a team and with stakeholders across the globe.
Qualifications: Other Requirements –

Experience in SOC-facing security product - advantage
Experience in AI-powered products - advantage

What you’ll bring:

Proven ability to identify customer problems, define solutions, and translate them into clear, prioritized product requirements.
Build a plan - Skilled in slicing complex problems, prioritizing effectively, and managing cross-functional execution.
Analytical mindset with experience building smart, outcome-driven OKRs and KPIs, and using data to guide decisions.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and familiarity with AI technologies.
Strong customer engagement skills—listening deeply, building trust, and translating insights into product impact.
Project management expertise with a track record of delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
Bonus: Experience navigating large-scale enterprise environments and influencing across teams.
