We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role requires managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, controlling budgets, and using data in order to make informed decisions. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential. High integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement are key.
Responsibilities
* Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships.
*  Overseeing the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Monitoring and managing procurement budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring value for money.
*  Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.
* Working closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support in acquiring necessary resources.
* Utilizing data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions and to forecast future procurement needs.
