Corporate Financial Controller

We are looking for a talented corporate controller. STK is a global innovating Biotechnology company, located in Petach Tikva.
In your position, you will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for:
Preparation of all month-end close processes and deliver end-to-end consolidate reporting package.
Monitoring and reviewing of the subsidiaries reporting (Monthly, quarterly and annually).
Preparation and reviewing of the companys budget along with analyzing budget vs. actual results.
Enhance and implement financial systems processes and tools.
Maintain ongoing communication with the finance teams around the world.
Cash flow control including billing, collection, payments to vendors.
Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, local reporting, and tax filings.
