We are seeking a passionate and experienced System Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of our innovative storage solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to define and enhance our solutions, guiding them from concept to successful production.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, business and fellow Architects) to define the architecture and roadmap for our next-generation storage products.
Translate customer needs and market trends into well-defined technical specifications and system-level features.
Guide the development of complex innovative multi-disciplinary systems leveraging cutting-edge hardware and software technologies.
Drive overall product quality and innovation in all aspects of your work.
Providing comprehensive architectural collateral, including product specifications, performance analyses and prototypes.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure product stability and performance.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive and insightful feedback.
Mentor, guide, and inspire development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
Engage with our customers to understand their needs and ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value.

Proven experience as a System Architect or Hardware Architect in a leading technology company.
Proficiency in defining system-level features and creating architectural collaterals.
Strong understanding of complex, multi-disciplinary systems, with deep expertise in both hardware (ideally VLSI or verification background) and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and inspire development teams.
A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of storage technology (storage experience a plus).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a well known institute.
