We are looking for a Performance Engineer.
The role Includes:
Responsible for all company performance aspects (Business and R&D)
Monitor and Benchmark Pliops XDP under various applications and workloads in the lab and running Customers POC
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution using deep analysis for product behaviour SW & HW
Work closely with different HW and SW groups to drive performance optimizations
Generate informative reports to be used by the CTO office
Gain knowledge in Storage, Memory, CPU, HW, SW, DBs, Benchmarking methodologies, Apps and much more.

Requirements:
Experience with storage systems
Full System knowledge and understanding (CPU / GPU / Networking, Memory, PCI, SSD, NVME)
Linux knowledge
Programming experience in Python, Bash
Quick learning ability, strong analytical skills, ability to promote your tasks with ownership
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Open-minded team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English
Experience with DB(MongoDB, PostgreSQL, KV...), storage managers(BeeGFS, Ceph...) tuning - Advantage
Familiar with benchmark tools (Sysbench, FIO, HammerDB) -Advantage
