We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.
The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the member experience for our healthcare solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare tech industry, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to translate complex problems into innovative solutions.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the member experience for Dario Health's products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed product roadmaps and specifications.
Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.
Manage the content strategy and create compelling content (presentations, videos, white papers, demos, case-studies, website copy, etc.) that highlight our products value.
Develop with the CRM team communication strategy and channels.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management of mobile application, from SaaS company preferably in the healthcare tech industry.
English - high professional level with very strong communication skills verbal and written
Ability to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales tools
Experience working with and training sales teams to communicate product value to buyers
Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude
Team player who can build strong relationships with peers and thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assist in other marketing, sales support, and company activities as needed.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
