Defining and executing the TEST Plans for covering Functional, Business Processes & Logics, Usability, UI and Performance tests for BI dashboards, Datasets and Applications
Monitoring and Tracking TEST Plan Projects
Reviewing the Projects and ensuring effective handling of changes in the TEST plans scope, priority and TEST schedule
Ensuring Acceptance Tests are executed, and Stakeholder acceptance is achieved within the given timeframe
Defining and improving Processes/ Best Practices
Tracking TEST results and ensuring corrective actions are taken to keep good health of the deliveries
Ensuring project delivery meets the desired Quality standards
Work closely with Project Teams and business units to drive Quality upstream.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a salesforce BA analyst
Hands-on in SFDC - advantage
High analytical & Excel skills - MUST
Experience with Power BI advantage
Understanding of Sales Operation concepts and key performance indicators.
Strong Requirements and Business Analysis skills with good focus on attention for details
Strong Strategic thinking and planning skills
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle phases and Testing Life cycle
Strong Agile Software Project Management skills
TEST Management Tools: Jira, TFS
Strong Ability to define and execute TEST Cases
