Computer Vision Algorithm Research and Development team is responsible for the creation of the most advanced perception algorithms based on data. We are proud to have some of the best talents in Computer Vision domain, and plan to continue and grow in this area.
The team is dealing with innovative data types created by our cutting-edge Lidar sensor. The algorithms developed by the team focused on classical approaches and deep learning methods.
We are looking for a talented Computer Vision Algorithm team leader to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 3-4 Computer Vision Algorithm researchers.
Mentor, lead, and manage the researchers to achieve their targets.
Lead the architecture of the team's solution, track the developments, and deliver to the customer.
Front facing with technical customers.

MSc in relevant domain (SW Engineering / Computer Science / EE).
3+ years of experience in management of computer vision algorithms engineering team- Must.
Solid background in Computer Vision: 5+ years of experience developing Computer Vision Algorithms- Must.
Solid understanding of classical algorithms fundamentals- Must.
Can-do and hands-on approach- Must.
Experience in optimized implementation and/or algorithm design for Embedded platforms - Must.
Solid software skills.
Experience with 3D Geometry and data - an advantage.
Experience with Python and Object-Oriented practices. OpenCV, C / C ++ - an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for cutting-edge technologies and product delivery.
